Great staff, helpful guys. Live music Friday and Saturday. Good sized rooms, great location. Huge room, comfortable bed. Proximity to railway station and dinner.

Friendly staff, convenient central location with rear car parking, recently renovated room with great decor, excellent service and food in the Bistro. Best night downstairs in the bar.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right near the main streets of Katoomba. You'll be close to everything, including the train station. The rooms on the first floor have windows that open to the inner courtyard, offering a pleasant view and a sense of tranquility. The staff here provide great service, making sure all your needs are taken care of. And don't forget to try their delicious breakfast!
All in all, this hotel provided a satisfactory experience.
